Product Announcement New Models and Lower Prices on the Popular Silver Series Touchscreen HMIs "The Silver Series", is a leading series of low-cost, high value operator interfaces, announceding  that they are releasing new models of this popular Silver Series touchscreen HMIs. The Silver Series Enhanced models still include Ethernet and compact flash ports, while the new Silver Series Classic models offer the same features of the enhanced models but without the Ethernet and compact flash ports, providing additional cost savings.      The Silver Series Classic line features models with some of the lowest prices on the market - including a 6" TFT Enhanced touchscreen for $1,323 and a 10" TFT Enhanced touchscreen for $3,308. Ltd..       Both the Silver Series Classic and the Silver Series Enhanced have a host of features making them the perfect operator interface for any automation system. The Silver Series processes graphics-intensive information quickly using the Intel X-Scale® 200 MHz processor with expanded memory. The high-resolution displays support a portrait or landscape orientation depending on the needs of the users. All models are now UL listed for the United States and Canada.      The Silver Series also supports a multi-language function, macro scripting language and protocol support for over 80 controllers from more than 35 industry-leading manufacturers. Other software features include tag databases to make programming easier, recipes that allow uploads and downloads of up to 32,000 registers, pop-up windows that can easily be minimized, maximized and moved, data monitoring objects such as bar graphs and trends, and customizable data entry keypads.      All Silver Series models support a multi-language function, a macro scripting language and protocol support for over 85 controllers from more than 35 industry-leading manufacturers.
